If you’re using the PeopleCert website for the first time, you may notice an option to access a digital link to your certificate for an annual fee of £119.
This fee might seem steep if you’re only interested in the ITIL® 4 Foundation certification. However, if you plan to pursue additional ITIL certifications through PeopleCert, which administers both the content and the exams, the membership could offer substantial value. For example, I am on the path to becoming an ITIL® 4 Practice Manager, aiming to complete the ITIL® 4 Foundation, then the ITIL Specialist certifications in Create, Deliver & Support (CDS), and Plan, Implement & Control (PIC)—totalling four exams.
Membership with PeopleCert includes significant benefits, such as the option to retake any exam you fail during your membership year, at no additional cost. This is more cost-effective than paying separately for each exam resit.
